Stand By Me

probly one of the best videos ive seen online this week.
read the short article before playing the video so you understand.

basically, it started off with a base track of guitar and vocals by street musician Roger Ridley, in Santa Monica, California. From there, they basically took their laptop and mics, traveled the world, and had people listen to the track through headphones and add their own tracks. Everywhere from Europe to Africa.

my personal favorite was the Native Americans drumming.

this comes from playingforachange.com , from an award-winning documentary "Playing For A Change: Peace Through Music". this is the first of a series of songs being released independently

NIKE BRUIN X SUPREME

from sneakerfreaker.com

"Supreme have done it again. After their last collab with Nike on the Air Trainer TW II, Supreme hit back with the first low-top basketball sneaker produced by The Swoosh way back in 1972. The Bruin gets a full suede upper with metallic Swoosh pops and inner sock-lining zingers! As always, Supreme come correct with special add-ons, this time with a SB 'World Famous' keyring and Twill Pullover Jacket in three colours. If you’re jones-ing on a pair of these, get your US or Japan hook-up now as these drop on Thursday April 16th and online on Monday, April 20th. Available in Japan on Saturday, April 18th. Wii Spray

man the wii is killin it this year. first Mad World, and then this?
when i first read this on edgadget, i was somewhat interested.
that is, until i saw this video and it blew my mind.

with a wii controller in a getup like that, you know its gotta do something good.
my favorite part is the use of stencils, which are sure to make even Banksy proud. ;]

" The video below shows an extensive color picker tool, interactive stencils, and what looks to be a perfectly accurate spray pattern -- and it should be, as the whole is getup is sponsored by Montana Cans." from endadget.com, Tim Stevens
